A high quality, custom tie is the perfect way to show your club or corporate identity.
Most logos and designs can be translated very successfully onto fabric and there are different processes and finishes to suit.
We have lower minimum quantities than most and can also handle the largest orders with short leadtimes.
A custom tie means just that - custom design, fabric, finish, tie blade width, length and fastenings (eg. clip-on). If this sounds daunting don't worry; we will help you along each step.
The first step is to get the perfect design and our free design can show you the options and make refinements until you are happy.
custom woven ties
The majority of our custom ties are produced with woven fabric. A woven tie has your design woven into the fabric of the tie.
This is a very high quality process, not to be confused with embroidering the design on top. The fabric is flat with your design including any stripes and the background colour completely woven into the fabric.
This fabric is then made up into your custom ties that are very hardwearing and will last for years.
We can guide you through the technicalities of translating your design onto fabric.

custom dye-printed
Another process we use for custom tie designs is dye-printing. This is ideal for brightly coloured designs and can include randomly placed motifs and almost any colour imaginable.
Our dye printed ties are both screen printed and digitally printed and we will advise on the most suitable method.

We start with white fabric (polyester or silk) and all the colours of your custom tie design including the base colour are dyed into the fabric.

The fabric is cut out and sewn into ties.

The ties are pressed, labelled and bagged.
The result is very high quality and hard wearing.
